Terms & Conditions (T&C)

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) define the terms and conditions under which cosmetic skincare products (K-beauty, clean skincare) from the HÉORI K-BEAUTY brand, operated by Bousebaa Boubaker, are sold on the website heorikbeauty.com. By placing an order on this site, you unconditionally accept the T&C below.

1. Purpose

These T&C define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of cosmetic skincare products offered by the HÉORI K-BEAUTY brand, and govern all steps necessary for placing and tracking the order.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the heorikbeauty.com website at the time of consultation by the buyer. HÉORI K-BEAUTY reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time (addition, removal, formulation changes).

3. Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros and include all taxes (VAT included). They do not include shipping costs, which are specified at checkout (free shipping from 50€ purchase). HÉORI K-BEAUTY reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with the understanding that the price displayed on the site on the order date will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

4. Order

The buyer can place an order online from the product references available on the site. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the products they wish to order, following these steps:

Add products to cart,
Validate cart contents,
Log in to the site or enter contact details,
Select delivery address and payment method,
Accept these T&C,
Validate payment.

Order confirmation entails acceptance of the T&C and forms the contract. A summary of the order information will be sent to the buyer by email.

5. Payment

Payment for purchases is made by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or any other secure payment method offered on the site. The charge is made at the time of order validation.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated at checkout. Delivery times are shown at validation (average 3 to 5 business days). In case of delay or delivery failure, the buyer can contact HÉORI K-BEAUTY customer service at info@heorikbeauty.com.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has a legal period of 14 days (extended to 30 days under our commercial policy) from receipt of products to exercise the right of withdrawal. Cosmetic products must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of the heorikbeauty.com site (logos, texts, images, design) are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of HÉORI K-BEAUTY. No person is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute or use for any purpose, even partially, elements of the site without written consent.

9. Personal Data

Personal data provided by the buyer is processed in accordance with European regulations (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy available on the site.

10. Disputes

These T&C are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
