Our formulas are designed with reactive skin in mind. They are dermatologically tested, fragrance-free, and enriched with soothing active ingredients such as panthenol, aloe vera, and prebiotics. We recommend performing a patch test before first use, especially if you have a history of known irritations or allergies.
Yes. Our skincare products are formulated without animal-derived ingredients and ECOCERT-certified for their organic components. They are not tested on animals. Our Clean & Vegan formulas prioritize carefully selected botanical active ingredients for their efficacy and skin tolerance.
We offer three Rituals designed for specific concerns: the Sensitive & Reactive Skin Ritual (prebiotics, aloe vera), the Dull Complexion & Pigmentation Spots Ritual (Niacinamide, Vitamin C, Kojic Acid), and the First Wrinkles & Loss of Firmness Ritual (peptides, ceramides, bakuchiol). Yes, Héori formulas are designed to be compatible with each other. For example, you can combine a serum from the Radiance Ritual with a cream from the Sensitive Ritual. If in doubt, please contact us at info@heorikbeauty.com.
Standard delivery is free for purchases over €50 in Europe. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 4 to 12 days for standard shipping, or 2 to 3 days with our DHL Express option. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.
Yes, we ship to the United States and other international destinations. Fees and delivery times vary by destination and are indicated at checkout before confirming your order.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order from your customer account or via the tracking page available in the footer of the website.
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, only for defective items or items received in error. The product must be unopened and accompanied by a photo sent to info@heorikbeauty.com. Opened products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Once your return is received and validated, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment method. You will be notified by email at each step of your case processing.
