Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Period (Commercial Policy)

We apply a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are at customer's expense (return shipping costs). In case of proven defective, damaged item or preparation error, contact us: we will offer an appropriate solution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene protection reasons when unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened cosmetics).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 days)

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags and in original packaging; certain sealed goods unsealed after delivery may be excluded for hygiene/health reasons.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that processing and displaying the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval, please contact us at info@heorikbeauty.com.
