Standard delivery is free for purchases over €50 in Europe. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 4 to 12 days for standard shipping, or 2 to 3 days with our DHL Express option. We also ship to the United States and other international destinations. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, only for defective items or items received in error. The product must be unopened and accompanied by a photo sent to info@heorikbeauty.com. Opened products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
